The home comes first

Four collections in a foothill setting.

Compare compact layouts with the larger three-car-garage plans. The homesite, patio orientation and actual options matter alongside the model name.

Freedom 40 Collection

2 plans

Unite

Approx. 1,448 sq. ft. · 2 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A compact layout with a den or office and covered patio. Compare the published base design with any completed home’s selected options and actual specifications.

Affirm

Approx. 1,622 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The larger Freedom 40 design offers different bedroom configurations. Decide whether that space should support regular guests, a hobby or another permanent bedroom.

Freedom 45 Collection

3 plans

Explore

Approx. 1,868 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The first Freedom 45 size gives another option for buyers seeking more interior space. Compare bedroom separation and the storage you want to retain.

Venture

Approx. 2,048 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A middle Freedom 45 choice. Compare how your preferred furniture, dining routine and visitor needs fit the actual layout before selecting by square footage.

Discover

Approx. 2,207 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The builder describes a den, powder room and kitchen island, with optional guest-suite and patio choices. Confirm the selected version’s arrangement on the actual drawing.

Freedom 50 Collection

2 plans

Proclaim

Approx. 2,141 sq. ft. · 3 bedrooms · 2.5–3.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A three-bedroom design whose area overlaps Freedom 45. Compare the actual arrangement and bath options instead of treating the collection number as a simple size ranking.

Perspective

Approx. 2,332 sq. ft. · 3 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

The larger Freedom 50 plan adds a three-car garage in the catalog. Measure your vehicles and hobby storage, then compare the garage layout on the chosen property.

Freedom 60 Collection

3 plans

Vertex

Approx. 2,546 sq. ft. · 3 bedrooms · 3.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

The builder lists a den, covered patio and optional fifteen-foot multi-slide door. Consider the patio’s orientation and privacy alongside the larger entertaining space.

Pinnacle

Approx. 2,850 sq. ft. · 3 bedrooms · 3.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

Near the upper end of the range, this design warrants a room-by-room comparison of guest, work and hobby needs, plus the upkeep you want to handle.

Starion

Approx. 2,906 sq. ft. · 3 bedrooms · 3 baths · 3-car garage · one story

The largest published choice offers another substantial single-story layout. Review the specific homesite, selections and dimensions; large-model photos are not a promise about a particular property.

Around the community

Wellness and gathering at The Ridge.

The club operator describes fitness, social spaces and dining. Review the current calendar and membership terms alongside your home choices.

Wellness at The Ridge

  • The operator describes strength and conditioning spaces and a movement studio for group classes.
  • A rejuvenation area and outdoor fitness lawn add choices beyond a conventional gym.
  • The operator’s community overview describes a resort-style pool; confirm current access and class or service charges.

A place to gather

  • 1876 is The Ridge’s full-service restaurant and bar, identified by the club operator.
  • The Connect For outdoor gathering area includes seating and fire-pit spaces.
  • Patios and event lawns support time with neighbors; ask for the current event and dining calendar.

Play and the wider setting

  • The builder describes pickleball, bocce and a fitness lawn as part of the club lifestyle; verify the facilities and booking arrangements you want to use.
  • Bickford Ranch is a larger phased master plan with parks and open-space land uses beyond the Trilogy neighborhood.
  • Nearby Folsom Lake offers a separate regional recreation destination; no golf-course membership is represented as included here.
The wider neighborhood

Make the location part of your visit.

Trilogy’s visit address is on Southview Drive in Bickford Ranch. This is unincorporated Placer County near Lincoln, Penryn and Newcastle, rather than a neighborhood inside the City of Lincoln. Shea’s directions approach via Sierra College Boulevard or State Route 193. Make your tour include the drive to your usual shopping, appointments and family destinations, as well as the home and club.

Before you choose

Bring the whole decision into focus.

Use this guide to build your shortlist. Then compare the actual home, current association documents, and written purchase terms with Cindy.

Let the homesite lead part of the decision

A single-story layout can feel different depending on the slope, neighboring homes, patio exposure and view corridor. Tour the exact property and compare its placement with the current site plan. Ask what nearby lots, roads or open areas are planned for next, and review the applicable disclosures. Do not treat a model-home outlook as the outlook from every home.

Review the actual club experience

Shea describes The Ridge as newly opened, and the operator now presents its restaurant, wellness spaces and pool. Some older builder gallery captions still describe planned features. Ask for the current operating schedule, access rules and included-versus-separate charges for the exact facilities you expect to use. Confirm the current details directly before relying on a future improvement.

Compare published plans with selected specifications

The catalog offers ten designs across Freedom 40, 45, 50 and 60. Bedroom choices, garage sizes and structural options differ; some layouts overlap in square footage across collections. Request the current plan, selections and specification list of any serious candidate. Keep finishes in a furnished model and a completed inventory home separate from the base-plan description.

Coordinate the first visit and complete ownership costs

Ask Cindy to confirm current written agent-registration and representation requirements before your first builder appointment. Request the association and club documents, membership costs, dues, property-specific tax and assessment information, and age-occupancy requirements. County materials include a Bickford Ranch fire-protection assessment district, but the specific parcel and purchase disclosures determine what applies.

Good questions, clear answers

What buyers want to know.

Is Trilogy Bickford in Lincoln?

It is near Lincoln, in the larger Bickford Ranch plan in unincorporated Placer County. County planning places Bickford Ranch between Lincoln, Penryn and Newcastle. Shea’s visit address is 4450 Southview Drive, Bickford Ranch, CA 95648. Confirm the jurisdiction and providers for a specific property rather than using a nearby city or postal label alone.

How do the four Freedom collections compare?

Freedom 40 lists Unite and Affirm at approximately 1,448–1,622 square feet. Freedom 45 lists Explore, Venture and Discover at 1,868–2,207. Freedom 50 lists Proclaim and Perspective at 2,141–2,332; Freedom 60 lists Vertex, Pinnacle and Starion at 2,546–2,906. Compare the room arrangement, garage and selected options because collection sizes overlap.

Is The Ridge open or still planned?

Shea’s current overview describes the club as newly opened, and the operator presents an active club with wellness facilities, a pool and the 1876 restaurant and bar. Some older gallery captions still identify planned features. Confirm the current schedule, access and completion status of any particular space that influences your purchase.

What fitness and wellness spaces are described?

The Ridge operator lists strength and conditioning, a movement studio, a rejuvenation area and an outdoor fitness lawn. Its overview also identifies a resort-style pool. Ask which classes or services are offered now, how reservations work and what has separate charges. Wellness amenities do not replace medical care or guarantee a particular health outcome.

Are these photos all homes in Bickford?

Our gallery uses identified Bickford home or community originals. The builder’s wider site also contains architectural renderings, virtually staged interiors and photos from other Trilogy communities; those are excluded from this gallery. A photographed example still does not establish that the home is available or that its finishes are included in another purchase.

Is Bickford Ranch the same as the Trilogy neighborhood?

No. Trilogy is an age-qualified neighborhood inside the larger Bickford Ranch master plan. County documents describe residential, parks, public-facility and open-space land uses across that broader area. Master-plan totals and planned features should not be presented as Trilogy-only amenities or completed facilities. Ask about the current phase around the property you are considering.

Does the community have its own golf course?

The county’s Bickford Ranch plan says its 2015 amendment removed the golf course and related facilities from the master plan. Do not rely on older golf-oriented descriptions. If golf is central to your move, compare nearby courses, membership options and travel from the specific home separately from The Ridge’s club offerings.

What should we request before choosing a home?

Ask for the exact plan and option list, current purchase terms, property and assessment disclosures, association and club documents, household age requirements, and the operating details of the amenities you plan to use. Cindy can help organize that comparison and clarify builder-registration requirements before the first visit. A catalog plan or promotional model tour does not settle those details.
