From Cottages to Estates, find your amount of home.

Four collections span compact two-bedroom layouts, flexible guest space and larger plans with three-car garages. Compare the specific options in your chosen model.

Cottages Collection

3 plans

Cedar

Approx. 1,408 sq. ft. · 2 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A compact two-bedroom starting point. Compare your living-room furniture and everyday storage needs here before deciding whether a larger home is necessary.

Redwood

Approx. 1,529 sq. ft. · 2 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A step up in the Cottages range while keeping two bedrooms. Tour the furnished example with your own furniture dimensions and preferred dining setup in mind.

Willow

Approx. 1,651 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The largest Cottage includes different bedroom configurations. Decide whether the extra space should support visitors, a work area or another permanent bedroom.

Classics Collection

3 plans

Willow

Approx. 1,651 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The Willow name also appears in Classics. Compare the collection, homesite and selected options together; a matching name and area do not settle the purchase details.

Lake

Approx. 1,792 sq. ft. · 2 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2-car garage · one story

A two-bedroom design with optional study and wet-bar choices in the builder’s catalog. The original Lake plan in our viewer helps you compare room connections before a visit.

River

Approx. 1,933 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2–2.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The builder highlights a covered patio. Compare the selected bedroom and bath configuration, and walk the connection between indoor living and the patio on the exact home.

Premiers Collection

3 plans

Goldeneye

Approx. 2,157–2,228 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

This plan has a published size range, so compare the selected version. An optional fireplace appears in the catalog; confirm which features are included in your home.

Mallard

Approx. 2,266 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2–3.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The middle Premier size is worth comparing when you want more counter space and room for guests. Bath counts vary with configuration, so review the actual option sheet.

Quail

Approx. 2,363 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2–3.5 baths · 2-car garage · one story

The catalog lists an optional primary retreat. Decide whether that added personal space would be useful every day, and compare it with keeping a simpler suite arrangement.

Estates Collection

4 plans

Basin

Approx. 2,528 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 2–3.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

The entry to Estates adds a three-car garage. Measure the vehicles, hobby equipment and storage you want to keep, then compare the actual garage arrangement.

Glacier

Approx. 2,655 sq. ft. · 2–4 bedrooms · 2.5–3.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

A broader bedroom range makes this a useful comparison for frequent guests or separate hobby rooms. The catalog highlights an included fireplace; verify the chosen home’s specifications.

Harbor

Approx. 2,823 sq. ft. · 2–3 bedrooms · 3 baths · 3-car garage · one story

Three baths and a three-car garage place Harbor near the upper end of the range. Think through how often those extra rooms and parking spaces will be used.

Meadow

Approx. 2,985 sq. ft. · 3–4 bedrooms · 3.5 baths · 3-car garage · one story

The largest published design suits a buyer seeking substantial space. Compare furnishing, cleaning and outdoor upkeep alongside the extra capacity for guests, work and hobbies.

Around the community

Make The Lodge part of the home tour.

Dining, wellness and recreation are part of the community’s setting. Try the places you expect to use and separate optional services from ownership costs.

A daily wellness routine

  • The builder identifies indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and a fitness center.
  • The Lodge includes salon, spa and wellness services; ask which appointments and services have separate charges.
  • Walking paths offer another way to spend time outdoors between organized activities.

Play beyond your front door

  • Pickleball, tennis and bocce are among the community’s recreational choices.
  • A bark park, fire-side seating and game spaces add options for quieter evenings and dog owners.
  • Adjacent Turkey Creek Golf Club is public, with resident golf-cart access described by the builder; golf fees and access terms are separate questions.

The Lodge and the social calendar

  • The Lodge is open, and the community operator publishes regular café, restaurant, bar and spa hours.
  • Barrel House Bistro & Taproom provides an on-site dining option named by the builder.
  • A lifestyle team coordinates activities; review a current calendar to see what fits your interests and schedule.
The wider neighborhood

Make the location part of your visit.

The builder’s community entrance is at 1007 Lodge Way, off the Ferrari Ranch Road and McBean Park Drive area. The Lodge operator uses 1095 Lodge Way for its facility address. Downtown Lincoln, the Placer County Wine Trail and nearby golf give you options beyond the gates. Try the drive to your own shopping, appointments and family destinations when you tour.

  • Turkey Creek Golf Club borders the community and is a public course.
  • The builder describes connections to Rocklin, Roseville and the Sacramento region through major transportation corridors.
  • The sales entrance and operating Lodge use different street numbers; confirm the meeting point before your visit.
Before you choose

Bring the whole decision into focus.

Use this guide to build your shortlist. Then compare the actual home, current association documents, and written purchase terms with Cindy.

Compare the actual collection and configuration

Thirteen catalog entries include Willow in two collections. Start with the room arrangement you need, then compare the collection, lot and option sheet. A furnished model can include upgrades or structural changes. Ask for the signed specifications of the home you are considering and bring measurements for furniture, doorways and the storage you intend to keep.

Match the amenity routine to the real calendar

Spend part of your visit at The Lodge, rather than using the whole appointment for houses. Review current dining and pool schedules and ask how reservations, guest access, classes and separately charged services work. A spa, restaurant and program calendar add choices, but the services you use determine whether the setting fits your everyday life.

Separate home choice from availability

The plan catalog shows what the builder has designed; it does not reserve a lot or establish a move-in date. Some collections may have limited releases. Have Cindy help you compare a specific purchase opportunity with its estimated completion, included finishes, homesite conditions and current written terms before arranging the sale of an existing home.

Bring Cindy in before the first sales visit

Tell Cindy which plans and features caught your attention before registering or touring. Ask for the builder’s current written agent-registration and representation requirements; those terms can depend on how the first contact is made. Then request the property-specific association documents, age-occupancy rules, fee schedule and complete purchase disclosures for review.

Good questions, clear answers

What buyers want to know.

How do the four home collections compare?

Cottages cover approximately 1,408–1,651 square feet, Classics 1,651–1,933, Premiers 2,157–2,363 and Estates 2,528–2,985. Estates list three-car garages; the other collections list two. Use the ranges to narrow the visit, then compare the specific plan, options and lot. The catalog is a design reference, and current availability can change.

Is The Lodge open?

Yes. Taylor Morrison’s community page says The Lodge is open, and the community operator posts operating hours for the Lodge, pools, café, restaurant, bar and spa. Check the current schedule for a planned visit and ask about guest access, service charges and reservations. An open Lodge does not establish that every described amenity or future improvement is complete.

Is this a private golf community?

The neighboring Turkey Creek Golf Club is a public course. Taylor Morrison describes exclusive resident golf-cart access from Esplanade, but that should not be read as unlimited golf included with homeownership. Ask about the current access route, course booking, green fees and any separate golf arrangements when comparing the full cost and routine.

Why does Willow appear twice?

The builder lists Willow in both Cottages and Classics, each at approximately 1,651 square feet. Treat the collection and specific property as part of the comparison. Ask what differs in the lot, included features, exterior and selected options, and compare the current drawings instead of assuming identical purchase terms from the plan name.

Do the floor plans show available homes?

The gallery includes original builder drawings from all four collections, including both Willow collection entries. These illustrate layouts and optional features rather than identifying an available property. Brochure specifications and marketed options can differ. Cindy can help request the current drawing, specification list and timing for the specific home you want to pursue.

What should I ask about ongoing costs?

Request the current association budget and dues, any separate service or activity charges, the property’s tax and assessment information, and the home’s utility and upkeep responsibilities. Confirm solar and any other equipment terms in the purchase documents where applicable. Comparing the whole property is more useful than relying on a headline price or an old fee estimate.

What does the 55+ designation mean here?

The builder identifies an age-qualified community and says additional occupancy restrictions apply. Have Cindy request the current governing documents and written occupancy requirements for your household, including younger residents and guests. Do not assume every household member must be over 55, or that a broad active-adult label answers the community’s specific rules.

Where should we meet for a tour?

The builder lists the community at 1007 Lodge Way in Lincoln; the community operator lists its Lodge at 1095 Lodge Way. Confirm whether you are meeting at the model-home sales entrance or the operating amenity facility. Share your preferred plans with Cindy in advance so the visit can include both the homes and the spaces you expect to use.
