Heritage Solaire

A completed, gated Roseville neighborhood with solar-equipped homes and an unusually varied clubhouse routine. Heritage Solaire brings 493 residences together around the Sol Centre: pool days, pickleball, cards, gardening and evenings in the amphitheater. Its original Meridian, Larissa and Eclipse collections give buyers several ways to right-size. Cindy can help you compare the actual resale home with the community you will use every week.

The home comes first

Three original collections. A home that is yours.

Meridian, Larissa and Eclipse describe the original choices. Compare today’s resale configuration, equipment and solar arrangements home by home.

Meridian collection

Original Lennar collection · individual resale configuration varies

One of the three original single-story Lennar collections. Start here by comparing how much interior space you actually use, the separation between bedrooms, and room for a dining table or visiting family. A collection name identifies the original home family; the seller’s plan, inspection and property records establish the present layout.

Larissa collection

Original Lennar collection · verify the specific model and options

The original Larissa collection is another way into the same Sol Centre lifestyle. Compare each available layout for an office or hobby area, usable guest space and the transition to the backyard. Resale finishes and later modifications can differ from the builder’s original marketing.

Eclipse collection

Original Lennar collection · single-story designs in historical marketing

Include Eclipse homes when weighing a different footprint within Heritage Solaire. All three original collections were marketed as single-story designs. Tour the exact residence with furniture measurements, and look at passageways, bathroom access, storage and outdoor shade rather than assuming every home has the same features.

The wider neighborhood

Make the location part of your visit.

The Sol Centre address is a useful starting point for a Heritage Solaire visit. This is the Roseville Heritage community, distinct from Heritage Placer Vineyards and the Heritage communities in El Dorado Hills or Sacramento. Build your visit around both the neighborhood and your normal Roseville routes: groceries, appointments, family visits and evening activities.

6140 Element Lane, Roseville, CA 95747Open in Google Maps ↗
  • Sol Centre on Element Lane is the association’s published community address.
  • The HOA points residents toward Roseville Transit and city bikeways for regional mobility.
  • Westfield Galleria and the Fountains are among the shopping destinations listed by the association.
  • Test your own travel times from the specific home at the times you normally go out.
Before you choose

Bring the whole decision into focus.

Use this guide to build your shortlist. Then compare the actual home, current association documents, and written purchase terms with Cindy.

Ask what the solar agreement actually says

The association describes every home as solar equipped. Equipment on the roof does not establish that a system is owned outright or that power is free. Request the present ownership or payment agreement, any transfer requirements, warranties, service history and recent utility bills for the exact property.

Make the technology yours

Smart-home capability is part of the neighborhood’s identity. On a resale, ask which devices remain, what subscriptions or accounts are involved, and how access transfers after closing. Try the controls you intend to use; a fully connected setup should fit your comfort level.

Read the ownership and exterior rules

The association’s public standards refer to CC&Rs and operating standards that preserve the community’s appearance. Obtain the current resale package, budget, reserve information and architectural rules through the transaction. Review any backyard, shade, landscaping or exterior changes you hope to make.

Compare the calendar with your week

Solaire has sports, games, creative clubs and resident events. Pick two or three activities you would actually join and ask about their current schedule. Guests at the pool must follow accompaniment and sign-in rules, so check current family-use times before planning around visits.

Good questions, clear answers

What buyers want to know.

Is Heritage Solaire still a new construction community?

The homeowners association says the community was completed in 2022. This guide therefore treats it as an established neighborhood. Cindy can check current resale opportunities and the particulars of each available home; an original collection name is not a promise of new builder inventory.

What is the difference between the three home collections?

Meridian, Larissa and Eclipse are the three original Lennar collections named in historical builder advertising. They offer different home choices within one community. Use a verified plan and property records to compare an individual home’s size, bedroom layout and options. Historical marketing is not a substitute for the current property.

Does solar equipped mean the solar system is included without payments?

That needs to be checked for the specific home. Solar-equipped is the association’s description of the neighborhood; it does not establish present ownership, financing, a power agreement or future utility costs. Review the transfer paperwork and bills before comparing the total cost of two homes.

What can I do at the Sol Centre?

The clubhouse combines exercise facilities, social rooms and outdoor recreation. The resident club list spans games, books, crafts, wine, gardening, travel and home automation. Pick the groups you would enjoy most, then confirm their current meeting times and participation arrangements during a visit.

Can family and friends use the pool?

The public pool page describes resident accompaniment, front-desk sign-in and designated friends-and-family hours, with different rules for younger guests. Confirm the current posted policy and guest limits with the association before relying on a particular time or planning a larger family visit.

Can residents host a private gathering at the clubhouse?

Yes, the association describes resident rentals of Sol Centre social rooms. Reservations, availability and rental fees are handled through the clubhouse. Ask about room capacity, kitchen use, cleanup and guest rules for the kind of event you have in mind.

How should I compare Solaire with Heritage Placer Vineyards?

They are separate communities and should be toured separately. For Solaire, begin with the completed neighborhood, its original home collections and the established Sol Centre routine. Compare the exact homes, ownership documents, amenities and your daily routes in each location with Cindy.
