Before you choose

Bring the whole decision into focus.

Use this guide to build your shortlist. Then compare the actual home, current association documents, and written purchase terms with Cindy.

Choose your daily footprint

A smaller home can reduce the rooms you furnish and clean. Walk the Eagle with your essential furniture dimensions, then compare the Raven’s office if hobbies need their own space.

Guests deserve a floor-plan check

Poitier ESP includes Extra Suite+. Walk the separation between guest space and your primary suite. Check the governing occupancy rules before planning extended stays or shared living.

An office can change the shortlist

The Astaire includes a home office. Bring your desk, exercise-equipment or hobby-room measurements, and decide whether enclosed flexible space matters more than an extra bedroom.

Price the actual home

A plan’s starting price may differ from a finished homesite. Ask for the lot premium, selected finishes, solar terms, taxes and closing costs in one written comparison before choosing an incentive.

Check what low maintenance includes

Confirm the HOA’s current dues, assessments and maintenance responsibilities. Keep a separate line for homeowner tasks and costs; the builder says responsibilities vary with community documents.

Plan the move around the home

Compare a completed home with one under construction. Coordinate your current-home sale, move-out and closing dates around the selected home’s actual delivery schedule.
